Since 2012, Arcat Education has been run by teachers and leaders who live in this community — not rotating guest faculty. Our team teaches Std 1 to Std 12 GSEB programs with the same discipline, notes, and mock-test culture every batch.

Leadership
Rajnish and Poonam Tiwari started the institute to give Kadodara students a serious, caring place to prepare for Gujarat board exams.
Founder
Rajnish Tiwari founded Arcat Education in 2012 with a clear goal — honest, quality GSEB coaching for Kadodara students. Under his leadership the institute grew from a small centre to a trusted name with 250+ active students and 2,500+ alumni across pharmacy, engineering, banking, nursing, and more. He oversees vision, growth, and the culture of discipline every parent expects.
English
Director
Poonam Tiwari serves as Director and leads English instruction at Arcat Education. She has shaped the institute’s academic culture — warm classrooms, clear communication with parents, and personal attention for every learner. Students know her as a mentor who pushes them to speak, write, and think confidently for board exams and beyond.

Branch Manager — Haldharu
Om Boricha manages the Haldharu Patiya branch at Silver Plaza. He coordinates batches, student support, and day-to-day operations so families at Haldharu receive the same standards, timings, and care as the Kadodara campus.

Chintan Modi teaches Chemistry for GSEB Science streams. He breaks down reactions, numericals, and theory into simple steps — helping Std 11–12 students face board papers and competitive foundations without fear.

Payal D. Agarwal leads Biology for Science batches. Her classes focus on diagrams, terminology, and exam-style answers so students score well in GSEB board exams and build confidence for medical and life-science paths.

Awaneesh Upadhyay teaches Mathematics across secondary and higher-secondary levels. His structured approach — daily practice, formula clarity, and board-pattern sums — helps students who once feared maths achieve strong results.
